Kind of disappointing when you and your husband go out to spent time at this McDonald's before he leaves for military. Missing our large coke, our large fry, dry and old sandwiches, and they said it's our fault since "we didn't check the screen"???

Have they received their award for the most ignorant McDonald’s employees in the world yet? They NEVER get my order right. NO CHEESE AND PLAIN MEANS EXACTLY THAT!
Not that you should have to but when i do go to this mcdonalds i always check my order before leaving the window its really the only way not all the employees are awful to be fair.

Simply call the store when you discover the missing items and the manager should give you your missing items and also replace the meal free of charge.
Male Employee in drive thru was seen taking fries back from customer in drive thru and pouring it back into the fry bin and reserving the fries from drive thru to another customer yuck!. Whatever happened to throwing away food that is returned?
I've worked for McDonald's when I was Younger & I still remember the Policy..... If it is brought back..... It is supposed to be made over again Fresh. Not reheated & given to another Customer. That Employee should definitely not be working with Food. A Manager needs this to be brought to His or Her attention ASAP.

This McDonald's had a lady bring you order to the table, they use a number system i think it worked well, nice not to have to wait till order came up.
